Once we left Bilbao, Briones in the La Rioja the wine region was next. Followed by San Sebastian and finally Zumaia and the northern coast. Briones is an amazing little village, just like you know Spain should look like, with a square and little cafes! It also hosts one of the most finest Vineries in Spain, Dinastia Vicanco http://www.lonelyplanet.com/spain/la-rioja/briones

Arrival in Onati, a tiny town in the Basque known for it’s amazing architecture! http://travel.michelin.com/web/destination/Spain-Onati
On our way from Onati, we came past the most beautiful setting. It was a long drive on small roads, but well worth the drive!
We finally arrived in San Sebastian, what an amazing city and fantastic beaches!! http://www.sansebastianturismo.com
Our last two nights were in Zumaia. Now that’s a view and a half, from our hotel in Zumaia, known for it’s Flysch Rock Formation http://www.spain.info/en_GB/que-quieres/ciudades-pueblos/otros-destinos/zumaia.html
